G’day, I’m Bas Green

Bringer of the jokes, dad of three, Berowra local.

If you’ve even been up before the sun round here, you might have seen me setting up my sessions for an awesome group of BASinators on Berowra and Warrina Ovals.

I’m not a personal trainer

Nope.

I’m a Strength and Conditioning Coach.
I have a Masters of Exercise & Sports Science from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Exercise Science from Australian Catholic University. I’m also an accredited Level 2 Australian Weightlifting Federation Coach and Academy of Sport Speed qualified.

I’ve trained state level athletes working with the Rabbitohs, Penrith Panthers and Norths Rugby.

That’s how I create fitness sessions with my trademark blend of science, physical challenge, art, mental stimulation and group fun.

It’s why I have clients who’ve trained with me for years and never get bored.
It’s how I coach you through each movement, with an expert eye for technique so you perform each movement safely to train your body in an optimum way.

It’s why no matter your age, ability, skills or fitness level, I can adapt the session to give you a solid workout that’s ideal for where you’re at.

I’m here to help you do the best for your health by coaching you through fitness sessions packed with creativity.

Since 2004 I’ve been helping Berowra and Hornsby locals get fit and eat well. My approach to fitness is to educate you about a sustainably healthy lifestyle where physical activity and balanced nutrition are a natural part of your life and are no longer a chore.

I want to make people fitter, stronger and more injury resistant. Because just going through the motions on your own or at the gym isn’t enough to train optimally, avoid (or manage) injury and get results. You’ve got to go deeper and bring it back to science, technique and pure grit.

Rugby, weight lifting, hiking and camping are some of my interests. I’m a diehard Foo Fighters fan and my wife reckons I can recite pretty much every Seinfeld episode.
I’m fascinated by the biomechanics, nutrition and science of performance coaching.
I’m a born and bred Berowra local and live here with my wife, three children and our red cattle dog.
